Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of most items, all sales are generally final. However, if an item arrives damaged or is significantly different from its listing, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

Any item tagged as "One-of-a-Kind" in our shop is exactly that — there is only one available. Once it sells, it's gone. We encourage you to act quickly when you find something you love!
